Jess completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Albury Wodonga in 2015. Since then she has worked across a wide range of clinical settings including hospital rehabilitation, aged care and private practice.
Jess’s clinical experiences have given her a well-rounded perspective on person-centred care and how to incorporate a holistic approach to help people achieve their best potentials in life. She has a particular interest in all spinal conditions and other musculoskeletal injuries. Jess is a firm believer in actively collaborating with her clients in order to establish personal goals, and then utilising a range of treatment techniques including manual therapy, exercise therapy and education to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
Outside of work, Jess also volunteers to provide physiotherapy service for homeless people in Melbourne and the Indigenous community in Arnhem Land, NT and Palm Island, QLD.
When she is not working, Jess enjoys catching up with her friends with good food, social dancing and travelling.
Jess speaks fluent Mandarin.
