Emma joined Peninsula Sports Medicine Group in early 2016 at Langwarrin Sports Medicine Centre. She has recently graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne, having previously completed her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2012. Emma has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, and is currently the head physiotherapist at Peninsula Waves Netball Club.
Emma was previously a personal trainer for 5 years, where she worked closely with rehabilitation clients and their local physiotherapist. This experience gave her an excellent foundation of exercise-based rehabilitation, and injury prevention and management. She has also been involved with netball tournaments, football games and triathlons as a Sports Trainer.
Outside of physiotherapy, Emma enjoys playing netball, going to gym and spending time with friends.
