What is Clinical Pilates?

Clinical Pilates classes are equipment based, using specialised Pilates equipment to perform exercises. Clinical Pilates exercises incorporate a range of equipment such as reformers and trapeze tables, which can be adjusted to increase resistance and progress the difficulty of the exercise over time.

What are the benefits of Clinical Pilates?

Clinical Pilates focuses on rehabilitation and injury prevention and is designed to build strength, increase flexibility, assist in developing core control, improving fitness and agility.

How many people are in a class?

All Small Group Classes run for 1 hour and are progressive, building on the skills and exercises from the last class.

Our Small Group Classes are taken by qualified Pilates Instructors and Physiotherapists. Pilates instruction performed by our Physiotherapists may be claimable against your private health cover extras.
