Pilates For Blokes

Pilates for Blokes classes are suitable for beginners through to advanced. It is a combination of machine-based equipment and mat work designed to help gain greater functionality of the peripheral parts of the body (arms, legs, backs and shoulders) through focusing on the care and maintenance of the core muscles.

Far from just ‘toning’, Pilates engages parts of your muscle in a very specific way. Benefits are many and include:

We offer small class sizes, allowing for close supervision of technique so you can get the most out of each session. Classes run for one hour and are relaxed, fun and progressive – building on the skills and exercises from the last class.
