PACE Health Management - Personal Training
Most people cannot continually motivate themselves to train and most people cannot train to their maximum potential alone. Even the best athletes have specialist trainers! It goes without saying then, that we all need a push from time to time, some more than others. We put to rest age old excuses: "I’m too busy, I’m too tired, I have too many injuries, I have kids, and I have too much to do at work". We work with you on lifestyle change that incorporates fitness and wellbeing.
What sets us apart from mainstream Personal Trainers are our qualifications. Whilst the minimum requirement to become a personal trainer in Australia is Certificate IV in Fitness which takes approximately 6 months to obtain here at PACE, ALL team members have tertiary level qualifications in Exercise Science. Combine this with post graduate study in Exercise Rehabilitation and our group is far from consistent with your average trainer! All our Personal Trainers are tertiary qualified and members of AAESS. Available in one-hour or half-hour sessions, your session will be a combination of strength, fitness training, resistance training and flexibility exercises tailored to your needs and goals. Your Exercise Physiologist will keep you motivated by mixing up the activity and keeping things interesting and challenging. Your Exercise Physiologist will show you the best way to ensure your technique is conducive to maintaining great shape and fitness levels. Once we work with you, you’ll feel and see the advantages and realize your potential. Before you know it you’ll be hooked on the feeling of wellness.
For some moral support and fun, training in groups of 2 or 3 is also an option.
