FAQs
Bookings
Bookings are necessary for all consultations. Our professional client service team is available to assist with all your information needs. Bookings or enquiries can be made by phone, in person or by email.
Referrals
A referral from your GP is not necessary if you are a private patient. However for Workcover, TAC or Veterans Affairs referrals are required.
Fees
We accept cash, cheque, Visa and Eftpos. Practice policy is payment on the day of your consultation or class. Clients who have chosen one of our Pilates packages may pay their fees through our easy payment plan option, details of which are available on request. For clients with Private health cover, Hicaps facilities are available where we swipe your ‘extras health cover card’ as you go and claim directly from your health fund (excludes massage where you must claim directly from your health care provider) and you simply pay the gap. Information regarding term packages and Private health cover is available on request.
Arrival Details
To enjoy the full value of our service we suggest you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. This allows you time to check in and change your clothes if required. All new clients will need to complete personal details forms. Please bring, where appropriate, any scans, reports or history that you may have.
Running Late
We pride ourselves in running on time ALWAYS and often receive compliments on this. Subsequently, arriving late may unfortunately shorten your session time. We regret keeping any client waiting therefore we need to adhere to all booking times.
Cancellation Policy
Missed opportunities may disadvantage therapists, instructors and clients. Accordingly, at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation must be given and if a client fails to do so a cancellation fee mayl be charged. In the case of a client on a weekly or fortnightly easy payment plan then the booking will be considered completed .
Catch up bookings are only available where we are given adequate notice of pending non attendance. We understand that sometimes situations do occur which are beyond everybody,s control and we are sympathetic and will assist you where we can in these rare instances but otherwise this is our normal policy.
Attire for Treatment/Session
Our primary concern is your total care. When seeing a Physio some clothing may need to be removed. If having a massage clothing will also need to be removed. Our professional therapists are trained to drape towels/sheets to ensure your complete comfort and relaxation.
For classes loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. Change rooms are available. Please do not bring valuables with you as management cannot accept responsibility for their loss. It is a requirement that you wear socks; specialist Pilates socks may be purchased from reception.
Treatment Acceptance
Procedures will be explained prior to the commencement of treatment and clients have the right to refuse or cease treatment at any time.
Mobile Phones
To ensure that all clients have a stress-free time with us we respectfully suggest that noise is kept to a minimum. Mobile phones, pagers and any other electronic devices are not suitable to our environment and we ask that you do not use them in the centre.
All devices are to be turned off before entering the premises. We appreciate your co-operation.
